Miami’s building boom brings Zika worries: Construction sites breed mosquitoes

County inspectors say construction sites can double as breeding grounds for mosquitoes carrying Zika. Mayor Carlos Gimenez plans to beef up the county’s mosquito ordinance, including a provision governing construction sites.
